Pełen tekst artykułu PDF Czy padaczka jest chorobą chronozależną?

STRESZCZENIE
Napady padaczkowe występują w sposób nawrotowy, w niektórych padaczkach i zespołach padaczkowych nawet cykliczny, uwzględniając rytm okołodobowy, tygodniowy a nawet miesięczny.

ABSTRACT
Seizures occur recurrently, in some epilepsies and epileptic syndromes even cyclically, including circadian, weekly and even monthly rhythms. The aim of the study was to analyse literature data on the, socalled, relationship between epilepsy and seizures. The available literature discusses the problem of epilepsy chronobiology and there are many observations confirming the cyclical nature of epileptic seizures in various patient populations. However, differentiation of the, so-called, epilepsy chronotypes and chronopharmacology guidelines requires further observation.

Key words: epilepsy, circadiam rhytms, chronotypes
